The one time that I used the debated lingo (in a BST thread I started), what I intended to express was that I would pay substantially more than current VCP for a card that was not readily available. Maybe I would have gotten more responses if I had articulated that more clearly. I ended up paying "very strong"
for a card that I found outside of Net54.
