Up for consideration are these 5 baseball books/magazines shown. The Zappala autograph is virtually new little wear, the other big PSA book has wear on cover but pretty new, the green one with ruth pictured is missing a few pages I think, then you get a SMR and a skinny black beckett best 200 cards.
