When I was putting together my set, I found that some of the Southern Leaguers (Foster, Mullaney and a few others) and some of the 150 only group (Ames hands at chest, Donlin Fielding, and Doyle Throwing) were the most difficult to come across in PSA 5 or higher (excluding Demmitt and O'Hara - I don't even think about the Big 4).

The Elberfeld NY Portrait was a bit more difficult than the Elberfeld Washington Portrait.
