Don't know if this is a collection. It's more like a hoard. These aren't base cards. Everything has a serial number on it. Several #/20, #/25,#/15. Lots of autograph cards. 25-SP Authentic RC #/1999 and #/250.
Everything in the box has a serial number as well.
