$250 OBO dlvd. No real crease but a couple small ones or wrinkles near the corners and obvious corner wear. A couple modest scratches/surface wear, etc, back is fine with no wax. Again, no large creases. Probably would grade in the 3 range, hard to call this one exactly. Centering is pretty nice, above average I would think.
