I can't speak for Mantle.

However, as high grade cards continue to nudge upwards and price potential buyers out, more interest will be on mid-grade cards.

As PSA has tightened up their grading, there are very nice looking 5's and 6's that can be had for reasonable prices. Even nice looking 3's and 4's, with minor defects, can be picked up inexpensively. Just scrutinize potential cards for a collection or investment as usual. Buy the card not the grade.

This is a great time for collectors. Investors will still need to look at higher grade examples that are free from flaws.
