This auction is for a lot of (2) signed 2011-12 pre-rookie cards of Pittsburgh Penguins rookie star goalie and Stanley Cup winner Matt Murray. Murray won his first Cup last year but retained his rookie status for 2016-17, making him the first rookie to ever become a 2-time Stanley Cup winner.
The autographs were obtained in October of 2014 when the AHL Norfolk Admirals hosted the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins during Murray's first full pro season.
Cards are in great condition with sharp corners. The cards are glossy and weren't prepped completely, resulting in some slight bubbling of the ink as seen in the scan. Still, they are very nice examples of Murray's rookie signature on his first mainstream-issued cards!
