41/42 cards, missing Powell, but with a little patience he's easy to find on ebay at a fair price. At a quick glance I counted 17 HOF. Here's a checklist:

Quality control was out the window with this issue. Miscuts abound top-bottom, but not with top tier HOFs. A stray vertical printer line here and there. Rubberband marks on #s 1 & 42. Back centering is erratic. Cards do not lay perfectly flat, but close.
However, these cards are large, thick, colorful, glossy, shiny and especially in yo face! Love the young Reggie with the green bat.
