Oh, and my Joss fits the bill as well, being on a Type 3 cabinet (1903-04). I have certainly seen plenty of Type 4's w/ this same image:



My question to everyone (ahem, Kevin) is, does a Type 3 exist of Ed Walsh (first issued in 1904)?
