Obviously an issue with registration.
They should take less than 8 business hours, generally. There is a 99% chance we/I didn't get his registration information back from an email he received upon registration. My email is at the top of every page if anyone ever needs anything. I respond quickly.
It's a nice card, best way to determine value is in a good, open auction format. Otherwise take the most offered

Actually he is standing next to me, he has tried to get his own account on this site and nobody has approved his account in over a week.
