Just am noticing all the banter back and forth. I thought, being "the schooled
seller" that I might comment. Despite the fact that that was a pretty obnoxious comment, I absolutely should have done more homework. All I had to go on was the REA sale (and the 4 ct Somerset lot) but as Orly mentioned, mine was considerably nicer. Live and learn.
