Such was the plan as I was wanting to get early markers down so that I can be strategic at closing based upon what I need intersected with the best value.

(P.S. I am out of town this week and have texted my wife about 10 times to see if a catalog has arrived yet. When she tells me no, I ask for the email list of the neighbors so I can send out a nasty note accusing them of stealing it off of my porch - she is actually frightened that I might do it
