Default FS: Attention Baltimore Orioles Collectors

In the mid-1960's, the Chrysler corporation was a major sponsor for Major League Baseball. Chrysler presented an award to each participating player in the annual All Star game and the World Series. This is one presented for the 1966 World Series (Baltimore Orioles vs Los Angeles Dodgers). It is 12" in diameter, about 1/2" deep, and is marked on the back with "E.P.C.A. Bristol Silver by Poole 129." There is some scratching and spots of tarnish, and it glistens nicely under lighting. Could use a nice polishing.

These don't come up very often. In a November 2015 Heritage auction, one of these sold for $597.

This would definitely fit nicely in any vintage Baltimore Orioles or LA Dodgers collection.

$265. If interested, please use Private Messenger.
