This was the great Sugar Ray Robinson's only title fight in the SF-Bay Area, where I live, so that was the main attraction to this piece of local sports history. The billboard measures 2 ft x 4ft.
Hopefully I can find a ticket from this fight one of these days to go along with it.

Great pick up. I see you are from Alameda. Have you been to the antique fair? Just curious as I am from the Sacramento area and never been there. Been thinking about it.
