Nope, once you put an item on eBay and it sells, you have an obligation to complete the transaction. The recourse of the buyer is to leave you bad feedback and for eBay to give you the boot and not allow you to sell.

It is my opinion that it is just bad form to decide to not to complete a transaction because you were not happy with the results. Use Buy It Now with a fixed price if you do not want to risk a too low selling price.
