Arnie, I am so sorry to hear about your wife. May the Lord God help you both. Honestly, the walking really revitalized my life, along with the diet / beverage adjustments. I still enjoy a few sweets and "portion management" is the constant order of the day, but the sweetened soda had to go. I'm sure the stress over your dear wife is excruciating.
