I have done the PWE with non-US buyers I know as well but on ebay all the buyer has to do is say they never got it and ebay will side with them every time because there is no tracking number, then as a double whammy your rating can go down and they can limit the number of items you can sell.

I buy quite a bit Internationally (Hockey and Non-Sports) and I just try to maximize my purchase prior to checking out so I try to bundle a bunch together if at all possible.

I sell quite a lot of hockey and non-sports cards to Canada, Australia, and the UK. It literally costs me $9.50 to ship to Canada and $12.50 and $12.75 to ship to The UK and Australia.. I charge less than that but USPS International rates have skyrocketed over the past 3 years (used to cost about $3.50-5.00) and the process of going to the actual USPS counter takes forever with International as they have to type everything out themselves.
