Please make me an offer. Fine detail , no chips or paint defects . Says made in Germany in front . Never seen one it was my moms. Have no idea of value.ill ship secure and for free . Looks real nice in person.my mom is a big collector.If anyone has any idea of what it is please email me ....its in great shape ,,porcelain..sold to rugby thanks octavio
