Everyone knows that any real card would get graded. if someone knows how to list a card on ebay they know how to get the card graded or have someone do it for them.

I am also wondering why so many grandparents left reprints in their attics for 60 years to be found by their grandkids
I think 60 yrs ago there was a fad going on in collecting fakes. That does seem to be what gets left in a lot of estates scams.
