LOL. I had the same concerns/paranoia when I first joined the site looking for info on grading but was put at ease when I was told the risk the grading co's would be taking with their reputation if they even thought about doing that.

Take lots of pics/scans, note the imperfections of your card first to help ease your mind, then submit. Lots of big $$$ cards get sent in everyday likely so keep that in mind as well.
