There are numerous Cardinals (Schoendienst, Staley, Jablonski, Tom Alston) on this, too. I'd guess 1954 based on those but probably added signers over some period. Interesting mixture.

I'm sure others can give a more precise value but I'd guess somewhere in the $350-400 range.
