$8K. I obtained this ring directly from baseball star Bobby Tolan. Tolan played his career with multiple teams including the St Louis Cardinals, Cincinnati Reds, Philadelphia Phillies, San Diego Padres and Pittsburgh Pirates. After his playing career he coached for the San Diego Padres from 1980-1983. During the 1981 strike Tolan went to Walla Walla, Washington where he was Tony Gwynn’s first hitting coach. Gwynn debuted with the Padres in the 1982 season. In 1984 Tolan managed the Beaumont Golden Gators; a AA affiliate with the Padres. This affiliation warranted him this Championship ring. Exceptional ring with typical wear. Ring was manufactures by Balfour. “Balfour” and “10K” stamp on inner band. Ring is approx size 10. Also, includes COA from Tolan.
