Beautiful professionally framed piece. The pennant is attached using thread in 3 different locations to attach to the mat-but very difficult to tell. The signature has a JSA Auction letter certifying the signature, which is bold and nice. The pennant is very nice as well. And the frame job is absolutely beautiful. SOLD delivered-which is a steal!
