Ahh interesting. Went in to po to buy a few hundred stamps(Im a RE broker and buy 1000's of stamps a year) and the clerk was nice enough to tell me not to buy them that day and come back in a few days, lol.
Now 4 months later i just helped her sell her house, way over market, still shocked it apprased. All deeds come back around i guess
