A possible mistake of a card not being taken off ebay before and/or after being auctioned?

So Iconic Auctions had this Yogi Berra check up for bid the past week, and it closed at $202 last night.

Is there some behind the scenes things to auctions, etc., that I just don't get and the answer is obvious?
