There are a few very small brown oil spots on the ball. The ball comes with a Tidewater Sports hologram sticker. They are no longer in business, but they had a number of HOFers for IP signings including Joe.
Tony Perez OMLB with HOF inscription. There is a minimal amount of bleeding of the ink on the ball. The ball comes with a Steiner Sports COA.
