Default SOLD!!!! Attn Vintage Ticket Collectors & Lefty Grove fans

For Sale:

Ticket - September 13, 1925 the 2nd place Philadelphia Athletics featuring a rookie pitcher named Lefty Grove started vs. the 1st place World Champion Washington Senators.

Game featured several Hall of Famers (5 on Washington including Walter Johnson DNP, 4 for the A's) playing and on the bench for both teams, and ends in a 6-6 tie due to darkness.

Another rookie who got in the game was catcher Mickey Cochrane (HOF), and a 17 year old rookie named Jimmie Foxx DNP.

So cool to think this stub sat in the pocket of a fan in a box seat with a great view of the action and the young future HOFer Grove and the about to be World Champion home town boys in this end of season battle for 1st place - if only the stub could talk.
