This group of photos originate from the personal scrapbook of Chicago Cubs pitcher Orval Overall and date probably from the late 1910s to the 1920s. Overall was from California as was Frank Chance and there are several photos of Chance visiting Overall that were in the scrapbook. Chance died in 1924

1 page has a great picture of Orval and Chance on a tennis court with Chance holding his racket on his shoulder. I cannot identify the other two individuals. 3 other pictures I think taken at their hunting camp. Can’t identify any of the individuals. On the other side is a picture of Orval with his chickens and 2 pictures of “aunt Mary”
1 page has 3 pictures. I of Overall. 1 of some individual named Gus who wrote on the photo to Overall and his wife and a third picture that shows Chance and Overall. Back of page is blank.
