Correct; no cert or COA to go w/it, but I'd give money back plus shipping (I'll even throw in another $10 if PSA/DNA or JSA says it's not real).
Like it was said this was sold through Musial's company and I think it did come with some paperwork, if I'm not mistaken, but I sure don't know where that is located.
Let me know if interested. Makes for a nice display piece, but doesn't really go with my all Orioles theme...
