Buy a computer and it will be easy.
I got no idea about Ipads except I spent a grand on one last month for my wife. Maybe someone else knows ......good luck..
BTW, I load mine from my pc's "picture" documents where all scans/pictures are kept. If they are hosted on another site you can copy the url and then click on the yellow box above here that looks like a half mountain, to insert them.
