His other son, Reese, is about 10 years younger than me, so that makes him about 34 now, probably about 6-7 when his dad went to the Rangers. So, it was probably his hat being its a small.
I will say this too. I remember seeing Reese around town when he was probably 10-12 years old trying to sell stuff to the card shops that either his dad had owned/used and/or had autographed. I remember him being quite the wheeler dealer. Not sure if his dad ever knew that.

Good information - Sounds like it was Reese's worn hat.
I received the hat from my friend who was an equipment manager with the Houston Astros. He was very close to Nolan.
