Yes they have a history of grading reprints. I found out the hard way a few years ago. At that time I didn't think they did. I was wrong. And that is a crummy fake shown too. I remember several years ago a dealer at the National had a card just like that in his case. I never could convince him it was fake so quit trying after a few attempts.
And I didn't even see it's being sold by Probstein. I guess I should send them my mistakes too.
