She really missed on the appraisal here because she didn't know what the cards were. They are Mort Rogers scorecards, which sell between 5,000-10,000 each in good condition. Those aren't in good condition because they have been trimmed on all four sides. As a group, those cards might get $20,000. The team card would get about $10,000 and the letter is the best part of the group, probably close to $50,000, which doesn't bring you anywhere near $1M for insurance value. On a good day at a well publicized auction, she gets $150,000 tops for everything."
