1. 1921 Pirates home scorecard

Pirates scorecards and programs of the era were produced on thin paper - what is effectively newspaper stock.

There is some chipping or flaking along the edges, but does not have the typical vertical crease. There is a tear on outer edge throughout program mended with tape. The first & second and last two pages appear reinforced with tape down spine. The original center spine staples remain tight. Some writing in pencil and sketching on back page.

The program is unscored and nor dated but compared the schedule included to on-line to determine it was 1921. Based on the other clubs batteries noted, it appears to be after 6/18 and before 7/10. The Pirates 1921 roster included Charlie Grimm, Rabbit Maranville, Max Carey, Pie Traynor, Kiki Cuyler. They finished 2nd, four back of NY Giants.

In my research, I couldn't even locate another example on-line, even as a reference.
