I acquired this
1949 LEAF ** Paige in 1982. I traded $200 worth of cards for it at a North Jersey BB card show.
It's part of my 98-card complete set.
I guess I'm overdue to get it graded. I am sort of curious as to what grade it would get ?
Does anyone on this forum want to venture a guess (it is crease free) ? ?

1949. Whoever, came up with
1948 is absolutely mistaken.
Check-out my 1949 LEAF 8-page article in OLD CARDBOARD (Issue #9) and read all about it. I will bet that you'll
be convinced that this set is indeed a 1949 issue.
