Joined and paid via paypal. I don't recall who had won the Chase trophy the year before Brian. They were required to send the card to him. I know the year I won I only got to hold onto the Chase card for about a week because the previous winner lost it and later found it.
The winner is also supposed to run the tournament the following year. I ran it last year because IIRC we couldn't get hold of the previous winner. I'm sure all of this is in the archives somewhere.
