Yes, but Titus, Dahlen (Boston), Bull Durham, and Pelty aren't particularly scarce relative to other commons; their prices have been driven up almost entirely by demand -- because of Titus' mustache, Dahlen's perceived status as a future Hall of Famer, the movie Bull Durham, and Pelty's horizontal pose. For Titus and Pelty there were supposedly people hoarding the cards and keeping them out of the market, but I'm skeptical that that has had much to do with their inflated prices. Those four cards didn't command a premium over other commons before the past 10 years or so, while the others on this list did, because they were recognized as being scarce.
