But I kind of get it - I'm a medium to large in a loose singlet, and I'm quite certain I could not fit into either of these.  Maybe Lewis really did wear a child's size!?!
 
I just retrieved the associated paper items and will post pics when the frame-job is complete…for the few post-war non-baseball guys in the forum.
