as to the original poster....it really doesn't matter what the process is when it comes to a mistake in price. If its a legit mistake which would depend on the card which you aren't saying, then the seller always can get out of it in terms of the power of the website entity
if its an issue where you didn't receive a card and want your money back, then the process thing makes more sense as you maybe able to get your money back using the available issues and the website could be responsible as well...but I have never heard of making someone sell an item that's obviously underpriced...again if don't know the card than who knows..
even if we are in reasonable price land...its easier to fight to get/return transfer of money which can happen electronically in most cases than physically make someone mail a physical item without court intervention..
