Thanks!
Thank you to everyone for the kind words. Glad to see others enjoying the scans. I feel comfortable saying that this is by far the most complete signed 1933 Goudey set in existence. I purchased Sean Brennan's collection a few months ago, and his collection by itself was almost certainly the most complete signed set out there. Between the cards I got from him and the HOFers that I already had, it put me a lot closer to completion that I ever thought possible. I was also able to purchase around 70 signed 33 Goudeys from the collection of the Detroit Tigers ballboy in 1934. The cards were found in a cigar box in an attic of the home he lived in as a boy. That collection included pristine examples of several tough American league players as well as almost all of the Chicago Cubs, as they played the Tigers in the World Series that year. It's been an exciting journey that's taken thousands of hours and resulted in me traveling all over the country. Considering the tough players I still need, I'm guessing I will be continuing this obsession for many years to come.
