So I tried selling this on eBay with a Buy It Now of $220. I had a lot of watchers but no buyers. I need to fund another purchase so how about $125 shipped for another forum member?
The only pennant I could find that is somewhat similiar in age is being offered for sale by the New York Times for $1150.00!

This pennant is in extremely good condition considering it's age. Both original tassels are present. There are two thumbtack holes along the longer edge but they are very small. Minor age cracks to the letters and legs of the goat. I'd say this is a 7 or 8 out of 10 condition wise.
Pennant measures approximately 33"-34" long.
