Good morning :-) I hope everybody had a Merry Christmas/ Happy Holiday. I was wondering everyone's opinion on this signature. I received it back in 1991 when I was 10 years old at the time of my fathers passing. It was given to me by a friend of my fathers who told me he had if signed in person a few months earlier when Joe came to Little Italy in Baltimore. I'm a little affraid to waste over 100$ to jsa or PSA/DNA without some advise. Many Thanks in Advance
