Here are images of the 2 premium pillowcases, one ex-Luckey and the other one in the current Leland's auction.
The pillowcases have some of the same players (although not all), however they're not in the same order, plus a few players have different felt colors on the lighter pillowcase. These look to my eyes like they were homemade.
