Next to last photo has Johnny Logan
LLoyd Larson, just below Matthews, was/is an sportswriter and sports editor for the Milwaukee Journal and Sentinel. I found an article he wrote about the Green Bay Backers in 1959 online.
The signature above Matthews is Al Cissa. He published the Milwaukee Tavern Card which listed baseball scores and standings along with advertising. It was delivered by bike to the taverns on the north and south sides of Milwaukee. In addition to being a Weber Beer representative, and Legionnaire, Cissa was also a former semi-pro baseball player still active in the city's sporting culture. A decade later, Cissa served as the Secretary of the Old Time Ball Players Association of Wisconsin, where in 1953 he hosted a banquet at the Elks Club. He had an office in the Cawker Building at 108 W Wells St.
The third photo is Julius Joseph 'Joey' Sangor (1903-1982) - a featherweight boxer who fought professionally 1921-1930 with a record of 43-26-8. He was the #1 contender 1925-29. He fought Jimmy McLarnin and Tony Canzoneri. One of a large group of Jewish boxers from Milwaukee in the 1920's. The 'WBA' is possibly Wisconsin Boxing Association.
