To expand on that point, we would be naïve to believe that the various services do not know which submissions are for cards that are earmarked for registry sets, and which are for fast turnover.
That being said, I believe that (all other factors being equal) a collector usually has the better shot to successfully cross a given card, provided that the service knows that they are building a registry set on that site.
Yes indeed, they can be in some cases, different markets.
My entire point however, is that unless You are a major submitter, I view it as risky to assume that this price range of cards will routinely cross successfully, especially if they are intended for resale.
