Default Paypal problem?--Resolved--Thanks for replies!
I have been unable to pay by paypal for items won on ebay for the last 12 hours. They say it is a technical problem, and that I can use another credit card to pay for the items.

Is anyone else having this problem, or is it me alone?

Given the prevalence of identity theft, I'm wondering if I should cancel my paypal card.
