Derek,
I have a cardboard Wheaties advertising piece. I was told that this was an original proof. I was offered 3 back in the 1980's. The only one I could afford at that time was the Branca (There was also a Robinson and a Reese).
It is on cardboard and the size is approximately 11X21. PM me if you have interest.
