Not sure but I'd like one.

Would sellers have to verify by video that the heads still bobble?

Yes

Would no name bobblers have comparable value to no name tobacco cards?

Yes

Would Wagner have disapproved of his own bobblehead?

Probably not

Would PSA start grading bobbleheads?

They don't already?

What if there was bobblehead with hair that grows and needs to be trimmed?

Yes Chia Pet

Do we need a BST Bobblehead Section?

Perhaps, just nod your head if you think so

What is the value of a HOF bobblehead without a head?

I'd say roughly 25% less than the original value

This may seem far-fetched, but baseball bobbleheads date to the 1960s and the Beatles bobbleheads are currently collectable.

Not a Beatles fan at all, I know chop my head off

What does the future hold for a 2015 Matt Garza Brewer bobblehead, which was a gnome that didn't bobble?

We already went through that phase with Headliners

Are there any savvy bobblehead hoarders on the board planning to cash in 80 years?
Probably not going to happen
