Thank you! I could always use extra rest. I teach during the day, so the artwork comes at night and on weekends/holidays. What a first MLB game....no wonder you are still involved with the game's history after all these years! The first game I ever watched - in any capacity - was the 1988 World Series Game 1. We only had 3 TV channels (antenna), and a storm had knocked 2 of them out. I was left to watch a sport I cared nothing about. Then Gibson changed my life. I had chills and couldn't explain them. I spent the next couple of years watching trying to get that feeling again, and then Puckett delivered it to me in '91.
Oh, and that Babe card is awesome - I'm sure I'll get to it someday soon. The next piece off the table (almost certainly in the next 3-4 weeks) is actually the 1933 green back Goudey Ruth.
