So did it end AT 10:00:00 or 10:00:01 because the way I see it, if a bid comes in AFTER 10:00:00 it is too late. If your rule states that it "ends" at 9CDT, that to me means any bid before 9:59:59 or 10:00:00, would win it, NOT after 10:00:00.
